Returns

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once processed.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items such as perishable goods, digital downloads, and personalised products cannot be returned unless faulty.
